TO CONSIDER FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 23 Adopting the 2013 CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE, TITLE 24, PART 9, BASED ON THE 2012 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday January 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Humboldt No. 1 Fire Protection District will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at their regular meeting at 5:00 p.m., at 3455 Harris Street, Eureka, California to consider the following as Agenda item No. 10.01
Consideration and possible adoption of District Ordinance No. 23, adopting by reference (with certain Amendments) the 2013 California Fire Code based on the 2012 International Fire Code
Copies of District Ordinance No. 23 and the 2014 California Fire Code, Title 24, Part 9, and the 2012 International Fire Code, are available at the office of the District Clerk at 533 "C" Street, Eureka, California 95501 for review and inspection by the public.
The Purpose of the proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 23 by the District is to provide updated fire safety and prevention regulations to protect the public health and safety.
Members of the public who need special accommodations to attend or participate in the meeting are requested to contact the District Clerk as soon as possible in advance of the meeting so that District may assist you.
