You have the right to ask to intervene in the adoption. If your request to intervene is granted, you have the right to oppose this adoption. If you want to intervene in this adoption, you must file a Motion in this Court pursuant to Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure 24 and / or Family Rule 211 within the specified time to demonstrate why the adoption is not in the adoptees' best interest. If you do not file a Motion to Intervene or otherwise contact the Court with your opposition after this notice is served on you, you - Waive ANY right to further notice in this adoption. - Forfeit ALL rights in relation to the adoptees. - Are barred from bringing or maintaining ANY action to assert any interest in the adoptees. If your request is granted, you may obtain further documents and other court records from the clerk of the court. If your request is denied, you may appeal the decision to a higher court.
