NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Humboldt County Association of Governments
(HCAOG), as the lead agency, has prepared a Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Humboldt Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) 2013/14 Update, also known as "VROOM" (Variety in Rural Options Of Mobility).
DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: The Draft EIR will be available for review at the HCAOG office, and on the HCAOG website at:

Public comments must be received, in writing, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2014. Written comments may be submitted by mail to:
