That a bulk transfer is about to be made to: Jasper Enterprises LLC, Buyer(s),
whose business(es) address is: 1604 4th Street, Eureka, CA 95501.
The property to be transferred is located at: 1604 4th Street, Eureka, CA 95501.
Said property is described in general as: All stock in trade, fixtures, equipment, goodwill and other property of that Restaurant business known as Gallaghers Irish Pub, and located at: 1604 4th Street, Eureka, CA 95501.
The bulk sale is intended to be consummated at the office of: FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, 515 J Street, Ste. A, Eureka, CA 95501. The bulk transfer will be consummated on or after the 3rd day of August, 2023.
This bulk transfer is subject to Section 6106.2 of the California Commercial Code.
